Terms

The rules for this website — short and plain, and only about the site. Work itself is quoted and agreed separately.

Last updated 5 August 2026.

These terms are about the website only

Nothing here is a contract to do tree work. Work is quoted in writing and agreed separately, and no page on this site creates an obligation on you or on us to go ahead with anything.

What the site tells you

We describe the services we offer and the towns we cover. Descriptions are general: whether a particular tree can be climbed, reduced, or has to come down is a judgement made in person, and nothing on this site is advice about a specific tree.

Where we state something about the business — insurance, experience, who we work with — we state it only when we can back it up, and we remove it if that stops being true.

Getting in touch is not a booking

Sending an email starts a conversation. It does not reserve a date, and it does not commit us to take the work. Emergencies are handled as fast as we can, which is not a guaranteed response time.

Things outside our control

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it is always error-free or never offline. If something here is wrong, tell us at sean@cutabovetree.care and we will fix it.

Which law applies

New York State law, where A Cut Above Tree Care LLC is registered.
